A LETTER TO MY CURRENT AND FUTURE CLIENTS:

As a “change” professional, I help you live results. I am an ICF-certified professional life coach with a holistic approach. ‍ ‍

Partnering with my clients to overcome struggles in relationships, career, time management, self-confidence, intuitive expansion, entrepreneurship/business, growth mindset, big life transitions, and SO MUCH MORE is my passion! I get to do this work!

This work fulfills both of us because we watch your life improve. Growth mindset coaching, writing, guest speaking, hosting live and virtual conversation circles, and facilitating workshops are examples of my dedication to helping people and teams get Unstuck! I am the proud founder of LIV IN VISION.

My philosophy is… To help high-achieving people who have checked every box discover what they actually want next and build the courage to pursue it.

Life’s wisdom has grown my 35+ years creating, developing, leading, growing, coaching and mentoring distinctive individuals, executive teams, and professionals throughout various industries. I coach a diverse range of clients with an understanding of neurodiversity and hold a neuro informed, trauma informed care approach. My practice is full of successful entrepreneurs and folks ready for change!

I started my career in Las Vegas in Operations Management, then left the workforce to start and raise my family. I have mentored, fostered, and adopted children and youth.

At 56, I’m proudly celebrating 28 years of marriage and the gift of being a mom to an incredible 22 year old daughter.

After 20+ years in executive operations (across private and public sectors), and facilitating various trainings; from water aerobics to diverse support services… I began a solo entrepreneurship in 2021, launching my own business to pursue my passion for supporting and guiding others toward personal LIFE transformation. I became a certified (ICF) life coach! More than anything, I've found joy in solving meaningful challenges, creating results with purpose, helping others grow, and being part of something greater than myself.

My hobbies include learning how to play my ukulele, reading, golfing, swimming, and sharing time with friends playing board games. Long walks in my mountainous neighborhood are a daily self-care necessity for me. My favorite times away from home are short vacations and “adventure days” with my family and beloved friends.
